Soo.. Any luck with the tickets?
well, we were suppose to talk about the tickets we are getting last week on tuesday, but we forgot. we did find some tickets for 200 a piece that we were thinking about getting, but that auction has ended.
i think we are still going, we are going to drive up on sunday morning to save money on the hotel, and assuming that it is not snowing that weekend in KC, then we will take cristi's car and save alot of money in gas...which would allow us to get pretty good seats still and not have to take out a small loan to get the tickets.
we should have a decision within the week.
I've bid on 2 sets of tickets over the last few days, and both of them have been lost in the last seconds of bidding....they were both lower level seats around the 30 or 40 yard line and both went for over 400 dollars.
there are still several tickets out there that we are looking at getting, so we aren't too concerned about not getting tickets, but the prices are getting higher and higher....this morning 2 tickets went for 910 dollars (even though they were 4 rows deep right by the players entrance)
but we are going to pay at least 420 bucks or so for the two tickets.... [img]frown.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img]
that's a small price to pay for a potentially wonderful time.

You should have got them earlier...quit being cheap and bite the bullett...Chiefs tickets will be the toughest ticket in town go get since they are looking at a possible superbowl appearance...the prices are only gonna keep going up and up...
dude we are trying to get them, the ones that are up right now, are all upper level, and we are going to get lower level or club level seats...because they are worht the extra money, especially since the weather is going to be fridged.
there about 3 going off in the next 3 days, so i'm hoping we can get one of those.
i almost blew it...i nearly won some tickets in the upper level...i was just testing the waters and ended up with the highest bid on them...not thinking that the bid would stay...finally with one second left...i was outbid by 5 bucks....that was close.
